I had not looked at the pclinusoshelp.com site so I went there but it's evidently being rebuilt-

"Currently this wiki is being restored from a backup. Until the work is complete you are likely to see missing links and outdated formatting. Please bear with us while we work on getting it back to proper shape."

Once the restoration is complete and the site is functional again I'll keep my eye on  it and check there first for solutions before using the forum for answers to problems that arise. Thanks for that link.   rci

rci - the knowledge base is functional and pages are being updated with the new formatting.  Information can and is being added or updated. To add information you must be logged in to submit or change information in the knowledge base.  The signup was done to help cut down on the about of spam that was being added to the knowledge base. We do not want to read about penis enhancement, Viagra or Russian brides anymore then you do.  If you would like to sign up for any or all of the PCLinuxOS additional services such as  PCLOS-Cloud, PCLOS-Mail, PCLOS-Talk (chat server), PCLinuxOS Graphic Stor Image Hosting or the PCLinuxOS KnowledgeBase you can do so through our simple form https://pclosusers.com/services-signup.php   All these additional services are FREE to members that have been signed up in the forum.  I hope that you will find our services of value and will consider using them.

that's good news, I'll do that......  I'd still like to see some articles in the magazine involving various hardware just for educational purposes.... I think the magazine viewers might like something like that, I know I would. Thanks for clarifying that for me...  rci
