hey Pammie ... you can change the refresh rate within the script from every second to every 5 seconds ... edit the below line in the conkyrc

-- Update interval in seconds
   update_interval = 1.0,

Hey Pammie :D only part that flickers for me is the eth0 as it's updating :) I had to edit the script because some posh person who made it has 6 cores :P and the drives mapping.

It seems to flicker more in XFCE than in KDE Plasma here.

LOL just means more commenting out hehehe. It's also a good job you don't have an Epyc chip :D You would need an 4K screen just to fit the Processor section on hehehe

As a last resort I changed "double_buffer = yes" to "double_buffer = true", and the flickering is totally gone.

Seems to be a relic since 2009 (!). I hope it helps you as well  :)

Yes 2 cores at 100%, compiling plasma on venomOS in a VBOX :D
