In the command line type in webhttrack and you will see the gui.  You can always add it to your menu selection

..

As Kicker is mentioned this is for KDE I guess?

Make sure widgets are unlocked and try the following The KDE Menu Editor Handbook

In the kicker bar, right click on the PC menu icon.  Select Edit Applications form the menu selection. This will open a window, Highlight Internet and than choose "New Item".  This will open a box asking for the name. Enter Webhttrack and press ok. In the right hand pane of the menu editor you will need to fill in the information like this

Once you are done click on "Save" It will update your system configuration. Now you can close the menu editor. Your program will now show up under Internet in your PC menu.

You can (save page as an html), then later right click on the html and select
what browser to open in. When you save it, it saves a folder with graphics and
all the info from the page besides the html icon to click on.

Or you can open it in Open Office like I did my web page and edit out what you don't want
and export as a pdf. It might take a few tries to get the pdf you want, just go slow and
be careful.
