Updated Ibiblio torrents for PCLinuxOS

Most times it has been a failure since early November. Nothing we could do about it, as the problem is at ibiblio, except to change to a new primary repo, which we are doing.

Yes I did see that some time ago but thought it was just 64 bit.
http://pclosusers.com/isos/  is so sloooow , this is my second attempt at down loading KDE  iso 1.3G but it still saying it's got another 5 hrs to go  , it's been downloading for the last two.

If you did use torrents, this (slow download problem) would not have happened. And using torrents would also reduce the burden on pclosusers.com.

Is there any particular reason why you do not use torrents?

I don't think there was a official notice.  I read some thing like a rumor and went looking.  I saw it listed with 0 bits.  Kept checking and found it last night.

Official announcements were probably not done due to lack of direct download options. Once that is available, we may expect a post by Neal in News and Announcements, I guess.

Hi folks,

I would like to give PCLinuxOS a try and have downloaded PCLinuxOS-LXDE-2012.12.iso through the torrent link on the website.  However, I can't find a md5sum value to check against the iso file md5sum value.  Is there one available?
