( SOLVED) updating with synaptic

i have tried to update with synaptic and i get dependency issues here is the error          Depends: rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) (<=4.4.6-1) but it is not installable

it doesnt matter what i try to upgrade i get the same dependency message
