Splash screen.. [Solved]

Hi

In another install I had this splash screen at boot up showing kind of oscilloscope trace but now I do not remember what the package is called  ???

If you are after the splash that shows while Linux is booting & which looks like a pulse on a black background, my guess is that you need to install plymouth-theme-pclinuxos-black via Synaptic. You might also want to install ezswitch which makes changing your boot splash a very simple task.
