The tech Spec it will run PCLinuxOS.

My question using PCLinuxOS. How well  will PCLinuxOS work with Touchsreen mode

Most touchscreens I've tried with PCLOS support single touch only, at this time.  That has, I believe, a capacitive screen supporting multi-touch.  There aren't a lot of multi-touch Linux applications yet.  If that's not a problem, then you should be OK (it will essentially be like a mouse).
You could always dual-boot, for now, and get the multi-touch stuff under W...(the shipped with OS) ;)

There are multi-touch initiatives, and I'm sure they'll work their way down into our favourite distro eventually...it's just a question of time.
