Samsung Printer (Solved)

Will a Samsung ML-1865w Laser Printer work on Pclinuxos 2011.9 ?

I do not like installing Programs out sde of Synaptic.

Task-printer Mis is in Synaptic.It list samsung Printer drivers.Does not list models.

Install the package and see if it works for your printer. If not, Samsung just updated the drivers October 10th of this year.

Just installed Samsung ML-1865W in PclinuxOS it picked up the Printer,but not the right Drives.My have to wait for a Driver update.

Hope PclinuxOS will update drivers soon.

I installed drivers from the canon website for my printer, I know I prefer from the repo's but sometimes that is not sufficient
Office required Windows XP or better, so I installed PCLinuxOS :D

Install the Linux Drivers from Samsung's web Site all working OK.
