  could someone please advice me about a very good and user friendly video editor? or could tell me about a concerning topic?

 I had a good software time ago, but it doesn't work on windows 7 and my old notebook (xp based) is fried.....

 now i'm leaving, hoping to read something interesting may be tomorrow.....

Are there are any specific uses you want from the editor or just a "general purpose" one?

People have there own favourites of course but 3 you could consider:

Kdenlive
Openshot
