Use Synaptic. Reload.     

Oh, Mr. Neal, I did use Synaptic and reloaded, but to no success. RPM build is not yet updated in Synaptic.
Am I doing something wrong here ???

Did you have unstable added to Sections, when you reloaded?

Did you have unstable added to Sections, when you reloaded?     

Oh, no, I thought it was already in the stable section. I'm afraid to Bork my system... ;-)

Uh, folks posted in the thread they could not update RPMBUILD, so I assumed it was already updated... Just it.

Ok folks, thanks for all the comments, tips and help.
The problem is solved, RPM-Build was updated(it appeared for me this morning) and worked smoothly(already converted a deb package to test it)
