This is another stab at Photivo, some time ago I put it in package suggests and it is probably a little too far off the main stream and died a death.
One comment from then was this

Seems to imply that it can be complied and I did have it on a LM9 64 bit machine and it was not too arduous, just followed the instructions.
These are the requirements as listed on the Photivo site and I have indicated the problem packages.
gcc ok
* g++ >>>> this is the C++ compiler isn't it. Is this the same >>> gcc-c++ ?
ccache ok
* qt4-qmake or qmake-qt4 >>>> does not exist. Is this part of something else ?

Any constructive advice gratefully received even if it is 'Wait Awhile'. I can run the windoze version under wine but not a great solution.
