Latest ISO (2011-09) missing obconf (OpenBoxConfigerator).

Hi.

I wanted to hack some desktop themes on an install of the latest release of pclinuxos-lxde-2011.09.iso. So I went to play in the lxde config tool. The "Configure Openbox" button doesn't do anything. A bit of digging around reveals that the program associated with this feature is /usr/bin/obconf. And is missing! 

Looking in Synaptic, it was not installed by default. Installed it and all is fine.

Is this program left off the .iso for any reason?

  OBConf was installed when I started out. I started with 2011.06 and updated. I did not see obconf being removed.
