PCC > System > Manage users on system > Users tab > click on your name, and a new window will open > Groups tab > disable fuse.
reboot and play again a dvd...

Have done that Leiche but the problem still persists  :(

next idea,

look if a hidden fuse directory in your home folder, any config files in it?
rename it in config.old or config.backup.
Logout/in will it work now?

You can try this to see if any files listet

ran the command and looked,showing hidden files,and no fuse file found

Suggest you add the new test user to the fuse group and see if things go bad with the eject there. .......  just in case it is not fuse related .....
