HowardYou are on the right track with using some file compare utility, I use the
Kdiff3 from repo and sometimes another one.
Now the fun begins. I have looked at these two, the two files you sent at the same time. When you look at the byte count they are both very very close. They have identical line count too.

Do you agree with my annotation faulty/working, I believe understand that was what you wrote in the email? Please confirm or deny

The two files are not
byte identical but as far as I am concerned they are
Operational Identical. so in my opinion they should both work
exactly the same.
The file you have named .old below:

Do I understand that this used to work fine? Or is that the one that would come from 5.2.6?
I will look closer at that one later, since it is about 5 times bigger in bytes it is somewhat different to the two above
