New Computer, Asrock MB, Nvidia onboard video. Current installed OS is U*u*t* and that works fine. I am currently using a PCLOS live CD remaster from 2010 with no problem. The problem is my most recent remaster will only boot to text. I can login as root but when I run "startX' I get "Fatal Error No Screens found". When I tried to read the Xorg error log (as root) I got "Permission Denied". Tried safe video but same problem. Tried the DVD on a different computer and it did boot to X. Any help appreciated.
