Linuxera's server is currently offline but will be back on Tuesday, the 13TH of September.

So glad I had grabbed it when she had uptime.  Have it running on 1 daughter's and 1 sister's laptops.

MediaCom is a blast to say the least.  I had to give them the MAC addresses of all three servers, one for each static IP address.  Still no joy at 10pm last night, so I waited until 5am this morning and gave them a call.  Oops, they had assigned the wrong MAC address to each of the 3 static IP addresses so I wasn't connecting.  The computer (theirs) is supposed to 'refresh' at 10am this morning with the correct information.  Hopefully I will be able to connect with static IPs instead of dynamic IPs.  I have never experienced such a mess in all my online days as I have with MediaCom.  Too bad they have a monopoly in Daphne or I would look elsewhere for service.  One week and counting just to connect my servers to the internet.
