Having problems changing locale to Spanish
« on: August 21, 2011, 12:10:46 PM »
Finally ran it in terminal and on the last line it said something about an "integer".

This is a fully updated KDE 4, PCLOS system and we want to install the Spanish locale.

Any tips or ideas?

Have a great morning!  :)

what did you do to change locale, did you used synaptic to add packages or did you used the option in pclinux control center?

Hi  frazelle09,
your first posts suggests you ran addlocale while in the last one you seem to use the ControlCenter?
You should run addlocale to change to Spanish. Enter addlocale in a konsole to get some output and also check the log-file /tmp/addlocale-install.log. If it crashes somewhere let me know at which line.
