Solucionado-Live USB no arranca con USB 3.0

Tengo un portatil con USB 3.0 y un disco duro tambien 3.0 en el cual tengo una LiveUSB.Si arranco desde USB 2.0 arranca perfecto, el problema aparece cuando intento arrancar desde 3.0, me dice que no encuentra el fichero de la liveUSB.Me parece que es por que en el arranque no reconoce el USB 3.0, el kernel que tengo es el ultimo que hay en los repositorios (2.6.38.8-pclos1.bfs).

¿Alguien ha probado una LiveUSB en un USB 3.0?

The driver needed is   xhci-hcd   I think.

La iso que utilizo para arrancar la he hecho con mylivecd con el ultimo kernel y cuando miro que modulos tengo activos si me aparece xhci_hcd en el sistema sobre el que genero la live
