[-T-] alsaconf

Hi guys,

i' ve made a german translation for alsaconf.
But there is a little thing  that should be noticed cdialog does not provide utf-8, so the german chars ö, ü, ä, ß aren't shown. i decided to substitute them by typical char combinations ö -> oe, ü -> ue, ä -> ae, ß -> ss

maybe it could be part of the next new alsaconf rpm or the german localization file for addlocale
