Texstar has a certain " procedure" to update KDE4, based on how the KDE4 devs have delivered it for many months or years ( don't know ).
The way the individual parts of KDE4 are delivered now has changed, so Texstar has to rebuild his whole " procedure" ( whatever procedure means )\
As far as I understood his message, it would take some time, but will be done as soon as possible.
Being busy with the 64bit version as well,( and not only KDE but Gnome as well if you had followed twitter ) time has to be split.
This unfortunately causes some delays.
The usual things happens here.......One can not please all of us all the time.
So, patience is required.
I am 100% sure that it will be done very sure.
And btw, there has been at least one post about that 2 weeks ago.
