New PCLinuxOS Mirror in Japan.

Hi,

Our ftp mirror server (ftp.yz.yamagata-u.ac.jp) has been working.
We has started the mirroring of pclinuxos package.
Please add our server to your mirror list if you would like to.
Our mirror site information was follows,
