Plugging in power causes endless loop notifications
« on: July 06, 2011, 10:51:55 PM »
Tried searching for similar threads but can't seem to find solution.  My Fujitsu T4210 has recently started an odd behavior;  If I plug it in my Bios indicator show it as charging but KDE starts throwing me endless loop notifications that my "power cable has been unplugged".  I do a full shutdown and let it charge to full capacity and it is fine on restart.  This only occurs upon plugging in to charge during a KDE session.

what kernel are you using?

Code: [Select]
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.38.8-pclos1.bfs #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Jun 4 04:13:21 CDT 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
Also forgot to mention that my CPUs run at 60 to 70% continuously during this time until I shutdown charge and reboot.  Should I test this with previous kernel?..[edit] occurs in previous bfs kernel as well :-\
