Neal,
I have to say this LXDE release is amazing! I am running it on a 2.8ghz quad with 3 gigs mem and a 10k raptor hard drive and it is almost like it knows what i want opened. Libreoffice opens so quick there is no time for splash screen! The way i best describe this and the KDE main is the KDE main is a Turbo Bentley and this is a Porsche carrera. the 2011 editions are so perfect. I love gnome and with the change to gnome 3 this gives me the old school gnome look. Thank you Neal , Tex and any i missed. Really its just the bacon and the Avatar of Tex's that keep me around lol!
