Nice review, But

I noticed a nice review of the KDE 11.06 release was listed at Distrowatch today. Just go to distrowatch.com and click on PCLinuxOS scroll down to reviews and the latest is from yesterday. The only problem is the reviewer is hoping for a new LXDE release??? I'm going to send him a note and point him to the download.

The reason I did not post a link to the review was I hoped other forum members wanted to see it. If someone is at Distrowatch and clicks on PCLinuxOS,  we get a point in the rankings.

We all would. Years ago, we were called "Linux Hobbyist". At that time Linux was receiving many good testimonials but,  only we, "Linux Hobbyist," ever got to notice them. Distrowatch is not what makes Linux becoming more popular. I agree with you. Testimonials are only helpful if people get to read them. If we just keep telling each other how good Linux is, Linux will remain a group of inside hobbyist and not grow. We need to use all means to spread the word.
