I just watched parts of a Pink Floyd and Eagles concert DVDs, used Google Earth to see if my house is still in the same spot.
Checked out the news videos on msnbc. (yes I'm one of them) Everything looks and sounds great because LXDE.06 included the correct video/sound drivers. I'm coming to you via the Iron Bowser. Thanks for everything. Now I am about to install new KDE release on another desktop. :) ;) ;D

Intel Pentium M 1400 cpu.
video :Radeon RV250 [mobility FireGL 9000]
Intel -82801db-snd_intel8x0 -ac97  sound - ALSA
Atheros CARD ar5001x - wireless network adapter
Toshiba 30 g HD - sole distro.
1024 mb memory.

..VERY SNAPPY, and everything works....turned off desktop 2...made "interaggregrate" the only screensaver -@13min...  8)
