I don't know how much different the "Gnome" setup is in Zen from regular PCL-Gnome but there's a difference with the terminal window causing a problem.
An app one invokes within the terminal may make use of the F1-F12 function keys and with the Zen setup, trying to get that app's inbuilt Help with the F1 key doesn't work. The terminal thinks I want the help for the terminal, of which there is none, and just gives an error box.
Regular PCL-Gnome's terminal doesn't do this.
In both, if you go to Edit on menu and look at Preferences/Keyb shortcuts, the _only_ thing changeable is the F10 key. Zen shows that Help is F1 but PCL-Gnome shows it as Ctl-F1.
Nowhere can I find how to change that F1 binding in Zen. Nowt under the Gnome dirs in home or usr, and the files in usr/terminfo compare the same for PCL-gnome and Zen.
Any help appreciated
