I did a search in the forums to find additional info on the megagames repo.  I found this:

Is the megagames repo no longer maintained?  I searched for an official announcement but couldn't find it.

I ask because there's been considerable bug fixes to Alien Arena over the past 18 months including better server side functionality.  The game, along with Open Arena, is finding renewed interest in the gaming community.

You can suggest package updates once you have 10 posts. So, if you'ld like any game updated, post in some threads, and ask for it.
