I guess I'm kind of spoiled by phpbb.  I'm used to setting posts and topics per page to 40, and prefer that.  How much trouble would it be to enable that sort of behavior in SMF?

Good question. Is this doable? Options of posts / threads per page 10 / 20 / 40 / 100 / 200 i would like to see that if possible.
