Difference between Phoenix and Phoenix Mini (SOLVED)

Sorry about asking such a simple question - I've googled it and cannot find the answer, and would rather not download the iso just to find out  

What is the difference between Phoenix and the Phoenix Mini?  Is it purely down to what software is included? If so, what is actually included on the Mini?

I ask, as I seem to spend a lot of time when I install a new distro removing applications that I know I will never use, so it might be quicker to install the ones I know I will use...

The difference between Phoenix and Phinx(Mini) is the purity of tyhe environment.

Phoenix has alot of mainstream applications like Firefox/VLC/Thunderbird etc and is built for the beginner/intermediate user for ease of use ...

Phinx(Mini) is a purist install and only contains the specific applications which have been built by the XFCE team for XFCE environment ... this means that is has no cross-pollenation from outside influence ... this makes the install faster and more reliable

So (leading question...) - I can install the Mini and then just add on the other applications that I needed (browser, office, graphics and multimedia)?  Rather than removing all the stuff I don't need from a full install.

I remember reading an article, some time ago, suggesting that I should take off anything I'm not actively using, just to minimise (no pun intended) the number of potential security holes.

if you know the exact set of kit you want to add i would always go with the mini then ... so you only install what you need rather than delete lots of stuff you dont and potetially make ya system unstable
