(Solved)Automatic Wireless
« on: April 25, 2011, 06:10:32 PM »
Hi,

I am using XFCE and would like my wireless to come on automatically. I searched on the forums but didn't find a solution, that may be because I couldn't think of what exactly to search for. :) Any help would be greatly appreciated

come up as in connect automatically to the same network or enable the wireless adapter?

if it is the first, linux is doing this automatically only if it is the same network form previous session, if not, you have to select the network form the list

the second depends on what you are, netbook/laptop, desktop

The first and I solved it. It was how it was configured. Thank you :)
