i've got a friend whose Synaptic is not working anymore. Her Thunderbird is also having problems so she can't get e-mail and Hotmail in Mexico City is so slow that the server always times out. i was going to help her with Team Viewer 6 but that is when we found out that Synaptic was not working so we couldn't install it. She has great difficulty seeing in order to type and used a magnifying glass to see the Desktop. We have been comunicating by telephone but i've just about come to the end of ideas as to how to help her.
Anyone else have an idea?
