It is not available for Linux.

It is not needed for Linux.

It has caused innumerable problems for Windows machines. Lots of discussions on various forums (fora?).  See for example: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/264159-Trusteer-Rapport-how-to-completely-get-rid-off-!
