Can't you go into the configuration options and hide user frazzie so he doesn't show up the user selection screen?

Yes, but ....... I believe the following would be true
the user would still exist and it would be possible to unhide him by anyone using the remaster
the unwanted user would likely have the deault user ID for all installs from that remaster
That is as I recall it .....
