(SOLVED) Manual wifi only

The new kernel was installed and all upgrades are current.   So the wifi doesn't
want to connect at boot, connects manually fine.   Any solution to this ?

Go to pcc and remove that network connection and recreate it.

Went into PCC and removed the connection OK.  Recreating it didn't help however.
The 38.2 kernel created some modules when I installed it that looked wifi related.   
The 33.7 kernel connects almost instantly when I boot using that.

It's almost like the etho is the only one attempting connection regardless of if the
network manager and/or the net applet is set for wlano for start up.   The etho has no
real connection, of course.   

Now this morning the wlano did connect on start up with the new kernel.   Maybe it
reset itself OK then.
