Reply to just 19--I don't know how you got those pictures. I can only give a word description.
I used Ksnapshot to take the pics. Uploaded them to Tinypic and copied the link Tinypic provided, into the post above.
Playback:
one slider at 78% on a track that says MONO. Output devices: 2 ports show. I set both of them to Analog
output (LFE) amplifier, which is where it was when it played, earlier today. Sliders are set about 70% on all
4 channels. Nothing is playing. Configuration: Two separate sections, each with "analog stereo output".
If you have no application playing a sound file then there will be nothing except that Mono slider on the Output page. (the speaker slider?)
That page shows the running audio apps and their volume control, as well as the audio sink to which they are sending their audio output.
For testing use one app ..... like VLC or SMPlayer ...... to continuously play an audio file of some minutes in length.
If you have the (where required) Phonon/Pulse plugin for the app installed then it should show while playing in the Playback page.

Saying you have, for instance, "Output devices: 2 ports show", tells us nothing.
We need info about what is there and you are not supplying it.
What are these '2 ports'?
What options do they provide?
Why have you two if you have only one sound card?

Throughout this thread you have referred to specific sound streams from some radio stations or something.
You did not supply links to what you are speaking of, so no one else can try them.
You did not that I recall even say what app you are using to (try to) play those stations.

There is confusion around whether you have no sound at all, or just no sound from certain apps playing specific audio/radio streams.
We cannot help in any way unless you specify clearly and concisely what the situation is.
You might begin with what sound is working ...... from the startup & shutdown sound, other miscellaneous sounds like those from an IM app, sound on VOIP - SIP or Skype - and so on.
THEN tell us specifically what is not working, specifying the application used, the type of file used and if relevant the URL of the stream.
Make comparisons of the PAVU pages for the working and non-working situations, and let us know what they are.
Post pics of the items that are not easily described in text.
With that approach and information we should be able to help.
regards.
