« on: April 05, 2011, 06:46:54 AM »
Hi there I have a show desktop widget and I can make a hotkey for it (meta+d) but if i get rid of the widget the hotkey stops working, how can i keep it.
I couldnt find show desktop in shortcuts in the menu.

Look under "add widget's" in the panel toolbox (that strange cashew at the right which you see if widgets are unlocked). Scroll till you find .... "show desktop".

i dont really want to be able to see the show desktop icon anywhere, I will never click on it if i have the shortcut-key.
I know i could put it in the bottom panel, but i dont really want it there.
