Flashing box in taskbar FF 4

While I am using Firefox 4 the box in the task bar, with the FF logo in it, is flashing or alternating from blue to white.  Any reason for this?

If you've downloaded a file, and haven't had the downloads window in focus, that will cause this behaviour, in my experience :)
