Trying to install from live cd and live cd won't boot (Solved)

I bought a new Hp computer and am trying to put Pclinuxos Kde 2010.12 on it.
I have downloaded the kde 2010.12 iso, used k3b in another computer to make the the live cd, put it in the new computer and get these message codes
Initializing gfx code ...
boot :
gfxboot:

these codes are in a continuous loop  and it won't start the live cd.

I have tried the kde 2010.12 cd in another computer and it boots fine.

I have tried another live cd kde 2010.11 and get the same message codes in the new computer.

The Bios is set to boot from the cd first.

It is a Hp Amd Quad Core Proc, 8 Gb Memory, 1 Tb Hardrive,  Ati Radeon 4200 integrated graphics. It has Windows 7 Pre installed and windows 7 boots fine.

Please help if you can.
