[SOLVED] Modprobe mess...
« on: February 21, 2011, 08:52:46 AM »
Modprobe doesn't work.

Followed by this (link added) tutorial to loaad USB module first I linked /sbin/modprobe to the script in the example.
It doesn't helped, then I linked it to /sbin/modprobe.pl and gave +x permissions.

How to reverse changes to normal state?

I reinstalled module-init-tools and libmodprobe0 and it solved the problem. :)

Thanks for helping any way ;)

In vmware I can just copy directory with virtual machine and that's all.
In virtual box before copy machine I need to strip all snapshots and then copy it with console command VBoxManage clonevdi [source] [dest].
