We were just informed that pinoc has fixed the eigen3 package, so it should show up in the repos shortly, and eliminate that problem. Shortly does not mean later today... it still takes some time to get it to the main repo, then have the rest of the mirrors get in sync.

Hi!

I see my post was deleted... Sorry, but I have a problem...
I just made a fresh install. Followed the Option 2.
Clicking on Reload appears this:

"The following problems were found on your system:
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages."

Anyway, I tried a click on "Mark all Upgrades", and appears this:

"Could not upgrade the system!
Fix broken packages first."

Reopening Settings -> Repositories the distro.ibiblio.org mirror didn't disappeared...

OTOH, is there a problem with the Download rate?
Because is very low: 60-70 Kb/s!!!... And I have a very good connection.

Any help, please?...

Hi Ika,

try this: in Synaptic and using the Ibiblio mirror, press Reload, then Search for  apt-sources-list and install only this upgrade. Next, press Reload again, you will then be on a different mirror with fast download speed from which you can then do the Marl All Upgrades, Apply, etc.

Or if you are using update-notifier, so install this version
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2077694/update-notifier-1.4.7-1leiche2013.noarch.rpm

In this version is an option, to checking of latest apt-sources-list, and is a newer available, an update function...

               This answer is so obvious, yet so helpful, that it should be in your updating instructions, No.2, in place of "mark all upgrades..."

By the way, in case you may sense any insult, I was brought up by a brilliant scientist who had a favourite expression: "True genius is a flair for the obvious".

I am about to re-install and this is going to save me significant time!

Now, what I did is I removed some programs thinking in re-install them just to verify the download rate.
But... after that, can't find them listed in Synaptic! I did a Reload. Nothing!...
So, where are these programs and how can I re-install them?

Looks like you didn't  update your install more then 6 months so it's better to download one of the latest isos at here: http://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pclinuxos/pclinuxos/live-cd/

Then read the instructions at here.
