can one explain how could we use an offline english to english dictionary like, e.g., Oxford, etc.etc. any good one. While the panel provides the option for dictionary but it does so only online and not offline.

English dictionary? There is Artha in the repo. Will give you the meaning of words even if you are offline. I use it. Its good.

I'd like to thank Xenaflux for his / her compliment. For an explanation, you'll need a Shorter Oxford English Dictionary, and the third definition of "old-fashioned".   P.S. Doesn't work with the online version ...
