Looks great.

2 things:

That was the first iso which I needed to start in Save Mode/Vesa from the Live CD in VirtualBox.  Never had that with a PCLOS iso.

There are no icons displayed in Thunar.


More news as events unfold ...  ;D

I don't like the green menus - can the color be changed?

I can change the desktop to dark blue. But the menu color stays green!

Excellent. I'm glad to see this version available, Debian still doesn't have 4.8 in Sid yet. Glad there's another stable distro out there with the latest and greatest!

Yep, still, even though it's beta, it's pretty darn good!

Had some problems adding a couple of plugins to the panel, like the battery meter or the keyboard layout ones, wouldn't even show up. However, I did do a source install of XFCE 4.8 under Debian and it would let me add them, but they'd immediately crash, so I imagine there's something amiss upstream somewhere.
