Hi, my question is, is there a way to install KDE 3.5 on PClinuxOS 2010?

Simple answer: NO.

KDE 3.5.x is dead and gone. KDE is now up to v 4.6.0.

KDE 3.5 is dead. Either upgrade to KDE 4, or use any of the other DEs/WMs, such as LXDE, XFCE, E17, Openbox, Gnome, Fluxbox, and countless others. KDE 3.5 is unsupported, and will never be updated again.
