No Speaker Sound - PCLOS-Gnome on HP Mini
« on: January 29, 2011, 01:35:44 PM »
More specifically, pclinux-gnome-2010.12 on an HP Mini 110-3101se, second generation netbook, for which it could be very well-suited, except that there's no speaker, only headphone jack sound.  :)
Other, similar posts are for KDE and/or relate to subtly older, more expensive netbooks. The Gnome 2010.12 version Sound and GMixer settings appear to be limited, but can anyone offer some useful advice, please.  ::)
Meanwhile, there's nothing wrong with the hardware.  ;)
