Btw, you can tell your son that FullMonty is just a lightweight PCLinuxOS installation, yes, that's right! FullMonty has only 1/4 of the repo-applications installed, so there is much more to be discovered and he'd better be scared because he has to learn all of them...  ;D

yes but wait: the next FM will be the "real thing" having the entire repo-apps installed, compressed and remastered to a dual-layer Blu-ray (50 GB). No need for synced mirrors, you'll have your personal mirror on the installation disc, including 85 system- and 111 LibreOffice-localizations. Since there will be no need to install anything Synaptic is no longer needed and will be uninstalled to save space  ;D

linuxtracker is down for 2 days already due to several attacks. They are rebuilding the site and the mysql database right now, hope they'll be back soon. This implies that the FullMonty, and I'm afraid all other official PCLinuxOS torrents, will no longer work until the linuxtracker page is back online.

hmm, well that is good news, maybe this is someone still connected from before linuxtracker went down? My PC seems to be seeding into the Nirvana. To be honest I don't know if this torrent can work without the linuxtracker site being up, don't think so.
