C++ in Eclipse
« on: January 21, 2011, 06:25:36 AM »
I've installed Eclipse Helios, and I've installed the C/C++ "CDT" package -- Eclipse "Perspectives" even says the C++ stuff is there.

But when I click on New->Project, there are no options for C++ projects.  How do I configure Eclipse so I can get to the C++ version of the IDE?

Thanks.

Welcome to Forum, here is a wealth of information to be found, notice the SEARCH button, 3rd from left, in the main bar above.  ;D

1.. Did yo install Eclipse via Synaptic?
2.. You have not said if you have done any searching here in Forum yet?

I seem to remember there was some time ago somebody else asking a similar question.
