Yes, I can configure it (even if the configuration options aren't very many). But I just can't specify whether it should be visible or not without editing the rc file -- at least not from the "Toolbars Shown" menu.
I see this when I search.

Check your repository settings in Synaptic ....... something wrong with that ...... you have used Reload?
repo doesn't want it anymore Texstar changed some dependencies related to dolphin and konqueror to let them exist separatelynow, where did he put konqueror?
