[Solved] missing borders
« on: December 12, 2010, 12:09:07 AM »
While playing around with he chromium application I set it to borderless. But Now I can't change the border back since there's nothing to right click on. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

You can open the window menu for the focussed window with Ctrl + Alt + W ;)

Every windows machine has an un-patchable critical vulnerability... Its called "Power ON" switch.

Doesn't do anything here.

Works perfectly here, you must be sure the window has focus, sometimes i have to switch to another window and back to the borderless one before it works. If you use the classic taskbar you can also right click the window entry there.

In your file manager > click View > Show hidden files. Look for the .chromium folder. Right click it > choose Rename > .chromium-old. Log out. Log in.

Now i remember you can disable window manager decorations in chromium too:
right click next to your chromium tabs and select 'Use system titlebar and borders'

The way i described is when you've selected the border style in the e17 window menu.
