'Help' topics missing ?

liveCD (2101.07 from LXF137 UK):
 Kwrite, there's no Help files, no pointer to webhellp.
Furthermore, if I come to forum>Help & search for Kwrite, again I don't get to Kwrite help
(Now, where was it again?)
