Enlightenment SVN updates
« on: December 03, 2010, 11:48:55 PM »
I'm interested about the PCLinuxOS Enlightenment E-17 2010.11 Desktop, and I'd like to know if, after installed, it provides a simple way to update the system up to the most recent Enlightenment changeset released.
The reason is due to Enlightenment being now under heavy development, to allow a close follow up on how things are progressing with it.
Thanks

As long as the Enlightenment developers do not change the underlying API. If they change it like they did with the beta libs then you will have to get a fresh ISO.

Thanks to everyone who donates. You keep the servers running.

I am starting to get interested with Enlightenment as well. The graphics seems to be very nice. One of the biggest reason for me to try it out is because Texstar is behind it. There seems to be quite interesting then. Trying it inside my VBox now.
